Real Madrid in Talks with Liverpool

Liverpool have confirmed they are in talks with Real Madrid over the proposed transfer of Xabi Alonso, with the Spain international welcoming the discussions over his future.

Real Madrid have been unwilling of meeting the asking price of £30 Million.

They are in talks but no agreement has been reached.

Carrick's too lazy, Alonso gets himself into the game, side by side with Gerrard. Carrick would rather give the ball to someone on the wing (Used to be Ronaldo) or shove it to Rooney and let him do the work.

Carrick is one of the most underated players same with Alonso.
They both control the pace of the game. Just because they don't score or beat players with tricks mean they arent doing anything.
